Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

*Fed 4 adults, 3 kids, and enough left over for 2 lunches

3 lb frozen bag of chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup

16 oz sour cream

1 cup of milk

1 large spoonful of mayo

Salt & Pepper

2 boxes of stuffing mix

1 stick of butter

  1. Add frozen chicken to crockpot.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix together soup, sour cream, and milk.

  4. Pour over chicken.

  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  6. Pour stuffing over mixture.

  7. Cut butter up in slices and lay across the top.

  8. Cook an additional hour.

Serve with your favorite vegetable.
