Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

Before*

5 lb Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Bacon

Glazed with Brown Sugar and Honey

Surrounded by Potatoes with Veggies hiding on the bottom

After*

And Yes, dinner tonight turned out surprisingly wonderful! Took some trial and error because you never know how meat from the deep freezer will cook properly in a crockpot. Plus this was my first pork tenderloin I’ve ever made. 😱

Ended up slicing it in half about 4+ hours in and wasn’t where it needed to be so transferred it to my other crockpot to remain cooking and left a majority of the juice in the first crock pot. Added more brown sugar and honey where I cut it in half and let it continue to cook for 2.5 hours.

I then moved it to the baking sheet where I sliced it again to have 4 sections (wanted to make sure it was all cooked thoroughly), repositioned the bacon, topped with the veggies, and poured the juice from the crockpot on top.

Finished cooking it in the oven for about 20 mins on 350.

Very Happy with how it turned out! So Tender & Juicy….

I think I will go have some more. 😎🍴
