Crockpot Ranch Chicken & Veggies

(This chicken is fall off the fork tender)

COST: @$10

I used:

4 large chicken breasts

8 potatoes

1 bag of baby carrots

1 carton white mushrooms

16 oz sour cream

1 cup milk

2 packets of ranch seasoning

  1. Peel, wash, and cut potatoes

  2. Add chicken to crock pot and 1 packet of ranch seasoning

  3. Add fresh vegetables

  4. Mix soup, sour cream, and milk in a bowl

  5. Pour over vegetables and chicken

  6. Cook on low for 4 hours

  7. Pour 2nd packet of ranch dressing over vegetables

  8. Cook additional 3 – 4 hours on low
