Broccoli Cheddar Soup
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1 can Cheddar soup
1 can of chicken broth
5 oz can evaporated milk
Sharp shredded cheese (about a cup)
4 tablespoons butter
Spoonful of sour cream
Sauté the broccoli and butter in a pot over medium heat.
Once broccoli is soft add evaporated milk, chicken broth, and cheddar soup. Simmer.
Add sour cream, shredded cheese, and pepper.
Mix together and cover and cook on low until Cheese is melted.
