Stuffed Shells

Stuffed shells makes for a delicious, meat-free dinner.

All you need is:

Spaghetti sauce

Jumbo pasta shells

Cottage cheese

Shredded mozzarella

Parmesan cheese

Pepper

Garlic powder or salt

My son wanted to help with dinner. ☺️

Boil pasta according to package.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together cheeses and spices in a bowl. Set aside.

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish with a layer of spaghetti sauce.

Drain shells.

Place in casserole dish.

Fill each shell with cheese mixture.

Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.

Bake for about 10 – 15 mins.

Serve with salad and garlic toast.
