It’s been about a year since I stopped buying paper towels to have in the kitchen. It felt like we were going through a roll every few days, which really adds up over time. So I started keeping a container of hand towels stocked in the bottom of our pantry and we’ve been using them ever since! (With a family as large as ours it’s not even noticeable to have an extra load of a laundry ever once in a while) ☺️
I do keep a couple rolls handy for cleaning bathroom mirrors and other things that wouldn’t be good to use a towel for. But overall not using paper towels for everything has really saved us $$$.
