Lemon Pepper Pork Chops (Freezer Meal Option)

8 to 12 thin sliced boneless pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans sliced mushrooms
white rice (Cook according to box)
lemon pepper seasoning
cup of water

  1. Trim fat off of pork chops
  2. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on both sides
  3. Cook in skillet
  4. Start preparing rice according to package while the pork chops are cooking
  5. Remove cooked pork chops
  6. Add soup, mushrooms, and water to skillet
  7. Heat thoroughly while stirring – will make a type of gravy
  8. Serve mushroom gravy over rice

*You can also use seasoning salt instead of lemon pepper – both taste great

Freezer Meal Option:
Trim fat off pork chops
Add pork chops to a Freezer Ziploc bag
Add soup, mushrooms, and sprinkle seasoning – Freeze
Remove from freezer and put in fridge day before to thaw
Add to crock pot – Cook on low for 4 to 6  hours
