Breakfast ☀️Sunshine☀️ Biscuits

Makes 4 dozen

2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup butter, melted
8 oz package shredded sharp cheese
1 cup sour cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add melted butter and cheese to a bowl – stir
  3. Stir in sour cream then flour
  4. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Cook for 15 minutes

Goes nicely with sausage, scrambled eggs, and fruit!
