Tropical Chicken Salad on Croissants

10 oz can chunk white chicken, drained or rotisserie chicken

8 oz ca crushed pineapple, drained

Handful red grapes, sliced

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3 Tablespoon Mayo

Salt and pepper

  1. Mix ingredients in bowl til well blended

  2. Add crushed pineapple last

  3. Chill in fridge

  4. Serve on croissants
