Ham & Swiss Mushroom Quiches

Great to make if you have a lot of eggs you need to use. 🥚

*Makes 2 pies*
2 tubes of crescent rolls
14 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 packaged cooked diced ham
1 ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar
6 oz swiss cheese
1 can diced mushrooms
Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and line the bottom of two 9 inch glass baking dishes
  3. Put in oven and cook for 4 minutes
  4. In a bowl add eggs (beat), milk, and salt & pepper
  5. Add ¼ cup sharp cheddar and mushrooms
    Mix well – set aside
  6. Sprinkle ½ a cup sharp cheese and 3 oz of chunk swiss (cut in small pieces)over each pie crust
  7. Add a nice layer of diced ham over the cheese
  8. Add remaining to egg mixture
  9. Add half mixture to each pie
  10. Cover crust with aluminum to keep from burning
  11. Cook in oven for 45 – 50minutes until center of pie does not jiggle
  12. Let cool for 5 – 10 minutes
