Tuna Patties with steamed Squash and Zucchini
5 cans of tuna (drained)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
*You can use torn up white bread or regular bread crumbs but I wanted to use the Italian bread crumbs tonight.
Mix tuna, eggs, and bread crumbs in a bowl – Add salt and pepper
Mash into patties (about the size of your palm)
Heat skillet with oil (like to add some butter also)
Fry each side until crispy
