Potluck Pasta

Today was Friends Day at church so went with an easy, budget friendly dish for the potluck. And as you can tell it made a LOT.

Total Cost: @ $6

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained ($1.99)

2 cans of sloppy joe sauce (.89 x 2 = $1.78)

1 can sweet corn, drained (.49 cents)

1 can petite diced tomatoes ( .35 cents)

6 cups macaroni pasta, cooked and drained (@.60 cents)

Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (@.50 cents)

black pepper, salt, and garlic powder

  1. Cook ground beef – drain
  2. Cook macaroni pasta – drain
  3. Add sloppy joe sauce, corn, tomatoes, and spices to cooked beef
  4. Mix with cooked pasta
  5. Pour in 9 x 13 and 8 x 8 casserole dish
  6. Top with cheese
  7. Bake in oven for 6 – 8 minutes at 350 to melt cheese
