Banana Bread 🍌

Madelyn and I made banana bread this morning. 😇

I’m not a fan of bananas but LOVE banana bread. 🤩

*Makes 2 loaves

5 to 6 very ripe bananas, peeled

2/3 cup melted butter

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 pinches of salt

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 large egg, beaten

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups of all-purpose flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray two 4 x 8 loaf pans
  3. Mash up bananas – stir in butter
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt
  5. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs – mix well
  6. Add flour (cup at a time)
  7. Pour batter into loaf pans
  8. Cook for 50 mins to 1 hour

For Freezer:

Once completely cooled wrap loaf in plastic wrap then aluminum foil and freeze.
